Twitter and Facebook integration

We’ve just introduced a new feature that helps our publishers attract more attention from the potential advertisers on Twitter and Facebook. From now on, when a publisher registers with AdTaily and connects to his Facebook or Twitter account, AdTaily automatically posts to his wall or stream:

  • that he added a new website and started selling ads with AdTaily
  • that somebody bought an ad on his website
  • that he uploaded a new self-promo ad

We’ve been observing that a lot of our users post to various social media that they join AdTaily or that new ads were sold on their websites. That’s why we decided to make it a bit more automatic.

The publishers can switch off the feature if they don’t wish to share such information on their social profiles. To do this they just need to go to their account settings on Twitter or application settings on Facebook and revoke AdTaily’s access to their profile.
